Their unparalleled skills and capabilities are continuously road-tested by our Clients and internal procedures implemented by seasoned Polish and foreign trainers. Our training team currently covers 30 people - professional trainers holding exclusive franchise agreements with DOOR Poland. In addition to their vast professional experience, DOOR trainers are seasoned practitioners. Many of them demonstrate management background or used to run their own companies. Trainers' profiles are available on request. The certificate system authorises to trainers deliver programmes in specific training issues and constitutes a guarantee of the high quality contents and implementation of provided workshops. All DOOR trainers are committed to enhance their individual skills through internal workshops, including venues conducted by the most celebrated DOOR International trainers.
