Highly popular with many organisations, participation in open events is a great opportunity to see how concepts are put into practise.

An additional benefit offered by open training events is the ability to liaison with other participants - individuals representing different organisations but taking interest in similar issues. Open training creates a perfect platform for exchange of experience.

Terms of Conditions

Training Day:
The training day last 8 hours (9.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.). Several day long training courses begin at 9.00 a.m. and end at an earlier time. Lunch and treats during two coffee breaks are catered to all training participants. Each one of them receives a binder with activity scenarios, hand-outs, a complete set of overheads presented during lectures, a video tape featuring individual performance, a fine pen and a notebook.

All participants receive an official diploma confirming completion of the course.

Invitation:
Inscribed invitations containing info about training location, agenda, and, in case of selected seminars, pre-work materials, are forwarded to training participants approximately a week in advance. Please state in the application form if you want to have the invitation delivered to another person that specified as the training participant or to another address.

Payment:
No advance payments are required. A VAT invoice (with two-week's maturity date) is produced on the first day of the training. Pro forma invoices are produced on individual request.

Withdrawal:
Withdrawal from the training course notified no later than seven days prior to the scheduled beginning of the course has no financial consequences, provided that such written notification about withdrawal from the training course is sent by fax (0 22 824 07 94). In case of withdrawals made after the above deadline, DOOR Poland reserves the right to produce an invoice totalling 50% of due participation fee on a given course.

Additional Information:
All open training courses are held in Warsaw. Hotel reservation for training participants is available on request.

Application Form:
Applications are deemed accepted upon receipt of a filled in application form featuring the company's stamp, NIP number and personal data of a given training participant. Submission of the application form shall be understood as signature of a contact between DOOR Poland and your organisation, and may indicate approval of presented terms and conditions of participation in the training course. To submit an application form, please use the form or ask to have it sent by fax or mail.
You shall receive immediately counter confirmation of receipt of the application form and enrolment on the participant list.

DOOR Poland reserves the right to cancel a training course due to reasons being beyond its control. Should a training course be cancelled later than 7 days prior to its scheduled beginning, we shall guarantee to book participation in the next forthcoming course with 10 per cent discount.
