Profile 360° is measuring oneself against the reality. It is a confrontation with other people’s opinions about us and our own impressions of ourselves. It is a feedback from people who care about our development and about results obtained by us.
During many years of research regarding employee efficiency, we have worked out sets of model behaviour types: an effective manager, a seller, a negotiator, a leader, an employee. These types of behaviour became a basis for training programmes offered by us. By teaching employees how to behave according to best models, making references to best practices and verified solutions, we help them to achieve successes.
We have developed an evaluation system to assess accuracy and reliability of effects of a conducted training session, making use of Profile 360°. The research, based on feedback 360º methodology, is a key element of a learning process in a mode proposed by DOOR Poland.
Profile 360° is a very useful tool; this method complies with four basic functions:
Increases knowledge about one’s own behaviour and strong and weak sides;
Determines the initial level of skills;
Makes it easier for the employees to understand the significance of soft training sessions and directs their activities to areas requiring changes;
Allows the employees to determine changes in their behaviour.
